Senior Marketing Manager (ASEAN) - Medical Devices - CardiothoracicA multinational medical device organisation is seeking for a profile to be responsible for the ASEAN region for implementation of marketing and commercial strategies.The OpportunityAs the ASEAN Marketing Manager, you will work closely with headquarters in formulating and executing marketing strategies and programs around the region. You will also work closely with medical professionals in defining market needs and developing the market with effective programs and to increase the access to our products.What we look for: You can demonstrate strong marketing and commercial experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sector - (minimum 5-7 years or more) You have gained strong experience in Product Marketing within Medical Devices, preferred (any device experience will be considered e.g. cardiothoracic, cardiology, neurology, orthopaedic, imaging, minimally invasive etc.) Gained regional experience working across South East Asia countries You have experience in communicating with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), working with key medical professionals, identifying professional insights and developing KOL relationships Oversee product launches to ensure the strategies are reflected in relation to positioning, pricing, promotion etc) Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for both direct and channel markets You can work with senior level executives to provide strategic development in increasing brand equities and value across the region Ability to analyse competitor landscape, research competitor market share and dynamics towards sales strategy development You have a good grasp of clinical requirements and can use this knowledge to differentiate the products to key stakeholders and to influence them You can work with global initiatives, cooperate with regional counterparts and implement plans at a regional and local level based on specific needs in the geographical area You can network effectively in increasing the product footprint at major events including congresses, workshops and symposiums in ASEAN and to organise and participate in medical advisory boards and scientific eventsWhat we offer: Regional responsibilities Multinational work culture Award winning training Good benefits and competitive remuneration Leading organisation in its therapeutic areaWhat's nextWe are now shortlisting for a suitable (Senior) Marketing Manager profile to undertake this strategic position.If you have a passion for healthcare and would be interested to work in a top Medical Device organisation, then we would like to hear from you.
