Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary MDM Solution Architect to design, implement, and lead cutting-edge Mobile Device Management solutions in secure cloud environments. You will translate requirements into scalable and secure solutions, collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technical Teams. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in MDM platforms, mobile application development, cloud integration (AWS/GCC 2.0), and enterprise mobility security.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:

Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable MDM architectures. Design and implement mobile app solutions integrated with MDM platforms. Create deployment blueprints, technical roadmaps, and detailed documentation.

Engagement:

Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements. Collaborate to align solutions with business goals. Present solution proposals and manage stakeholder expectations.

Team Leadership:

Guide and mentor solution delivery teams to ensure technical excellence. Drive team decisions and ensure best practices are followed across projects.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with MDM trends, mobile OS capabilities, and security best practices. Recommend improvements based on evolving technology and project needs.

Governance & Delivery:

Ensure solutions are compliant with security and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cloud teams to ensure secure deployment on AWS GCC 2.0. Own solution costing, estimation, and pricing.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Core Areas:

Mobile Device Management (MDM):

Deep experience with platforms like Samsung Knox, Intune, etc. Expertise in device onboarding, enrollment workflows, app whitelisting, and lockdown mechanisms.

Mobile OS & Devices:

Strong knowledge of Android OS and device-specific restrictions. Experience with managed app configurations and enterprise mobility management.

Mobile Application Development:

Hands-on experience in developing, managing, and distributing Android apps. Familiarity with private app stores and enterprise deployment tools.

Security Architecture:

Design of secure network configurations including Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewall rules. Implementation of encryption, endpoint security protocols, and device hardening.

Identity & Access Management:

Integration with Active Directory, SingPass, certificate-based authentication.

Cloud Infrastructure:

Proven experience deploying MDM solutions on AWS in GCC 2.0 environments. Strong understanding of AWS services relevant to secure and scalable mobile solutions.

Solution Planning & Pricing:

Experience in developing solution cost models, licensing considerations, and pricing strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in mobile device management, solution architecture, or enterprise mobility. Certifications in AWS, mobile security, or MDM platforms (e.g., Samsung Knox, Microsoft Intune). * Experience working in the public sector, regulated industries, or high-security environments.
