Job Description

Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works Liaise with M&E Consultants Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements. Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements Project Management and sites supervision works. Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans. Perform all duties following company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Minimum 5 - 8 years of engineering experience with recognised Degree in relevant field At least 5 - 8 years of supervision experience of Electrical work in the construction site for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work Candidate must have LTA/ high rise building projects background * Able to commit 6 days work week
