• Senior M & E Executive
• Senior Building Executive
• Senior Property Executive
• Senior Maintenance Technician

• Report to M&E Manager
• In charge of M&E issues
• Check and inspect on going renovation work.
• Resolve and source for contractors to carry out M&E rectification
• Renovation and electrical matters.
