Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Mechanical Automation Designer working in a multi-discipline team to design and develop automation machines for various manufacturing industries.

For Fresh graduate who are keen to Automation field are welcome to apply as trainee designer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform Mechanical automation design with 3D CAD and 2D drafting using Solidworks or Auto Desk Inventor.

2. Sourcing of material and supplier for design work

3. Assembly design and detail design work

4. Project Management Follow up with supply project timeline

5. Work with Assembly team and troubleshooting support

6. Onsite support with the team

7. Prepare training Manual and conduct training to user

8. Prepare documentation such as Bill of material, project schedule, user manual and training documentation.

9. Project lead for new prototype design

Requirement:

1. Good 3D/2D CAD drafting skill such as solidworks , Inventor & Autocad is a MUST

2. Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and power point

3. Strong knowledge in Mechanical components sizing and sourcing.

4. Experience in Automated equipment and automation design

5. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical engineering or higher

6. Minimum 5 years working experience in Automation or Equipment design in Semiconductor or Harddisk field
