Job Description

Lead one or multiple product development, Responsible for mechanical design and overall product specification. Study for certain market and industry, provide solutions and proposal for new development. Concept design and machines/modules design & develop according to requirement and specification. Work with whole team for pneumatic and electrical design and electrical component layout. Work together among different parties for product development. Lead/guide junior engineers for mechanical design, assembly and detail drawings, BOM and product documentation. Evaluate technical specifications of third-party components used for own developments. Product continuous development and improvement. Communicate with 3rd party or sub-con for contract development if needed.

Education

Bachelor/Master degree in mechanical/mechatronic engineering or related studies.

Work experience

>8 years' experience in mechanical/machine/automation design

Expertise and methodology

3D design software experience, such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo etc. Industrial automation knowledge, including motor, pneumatics, sensor, vision, bearing, linear slide etc. Understanding fabrication process & materials and know how to control tolerance. Calculation capability for standard product selection and machines design. Product Lifecycle Management and use of PLM Tools. Knowledge of industrial4.0, HMI and IloT. Understand product/machine development process and milestone. Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office applications

Communication skills (verbal and written). Social competences to work in cross-cultural and international environment. Open mind and positive attuited. * Can handle certain pressure and meet product development milestone.
