Determines creative and innovative methods and solutions for complex bridge engineering problems and selects the most efficient and economical manner in meeting the objectives. Applies advanced bridge engineering techniques and analyses. Utilize thorough knowledge of current technology to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on projects Perform complex bridge engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately. May function as discipline Project Engineer or Discipline Lead on medium to large projects, assuming responsibility for the work of the group. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking and improved results. Establish and maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all employees, clients and other stakeholders.

Requirement :

10 years of related work experience BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD Comprehensive knowledge of industry standard and specialty bridge design and analysis software Strong, self-motivated leader Complex and diverse problem solving skills * Ability to deal effectively with different styles of clients and staff
