o Working days & hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Scope
Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers, troubleshooting and repairing switches, optical modules, and related network equipment. Be familiar with Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, and other data center network architectures; conduct issue identification and resolution based on customer needs. Contribute to the construction of a typical problem knowledge base, create troubleshooting documentation and technical FAQs. Collaborate with R&D and testing teams by providing feedback on product issues and improvement suggestions. Handle escalated after-sales service cases for key customers.
Requirement
Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support Familiar with Layer 2/Layer 3 network protocols is an advantage
