Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical networking skills combined with expertise in project management, operations management, service delivery, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our network infrastructure while leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex IT solutions.Working Hours: Mon-Fri

• Working Location: Central
• Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure to support business objectives.
• Lead and manage end-to-end network projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure maximum uptime.
• Lead vendor management efforts, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement.
• Provide operations management leadership, overseeing day-to-day network operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the network environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, with at least 3 years in a senior role involving project management and vendor management.
• Proven experience in operations management and service delivery within a network infrastructure environment.
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent networking hardware.
• Strong understanding of network security practices and experience in securing network environments.
• Prior experiences in government sector is preferred
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and SD-WAN technologies is an added advantages.
• Familiarity with ITIL and change management processes is prefereed.
