About the role

As the Nurse Manager, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure high standards of care, service quality, and efficiency. You will also participate in elderly care projects and pursue continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Nursing Department to ensure quality care, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Supervise a multidisciplinary team (nurses, care staff, therapists) and ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, and AIC standards. Oversee patient care, discharge planning, and smooth transition from acute to step-down care. Provide clinical guidance, conduct training, audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Handle administrative duties, including duty rosters, leave management, and staff development. Participate in projects, product evaluations, and nursing research where required.

Requirements:

Valid SNB registration. At least 2 years of experience as Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician. Strong leadership, people management, and clinical expertise. Proficient in relevant clinical and administrative IT systems. Senior role available for candidates with more extensive experience.
