Senior / Nurse Manager (Nursing Homes)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Senior / Nurse Manager
to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality elderly care. The role involves clinical oversight, staff management, training, and quality improvement within a multidisciplinary care environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
the Nursing Department, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance with MOH, SNB, and AIC standards.Supervise care teams
(nurses, aides, rehab staff) to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.Plan and coordinate nursing care
based on residents' needs, including smooth transitions from acute to step-down care.Oversee clinical services
, including treatment administration, therapeutic programs, and discharge planning.Provide health education and counselling
to residents and their families.Train, mentor, and assess
nursing staff to maintain clinical competency and compliance.Lead audits and quality improvement initiatives
in nursing care delivery.Support research and product evaluations
related to nursing practice.Requirements:
Valid
SNB
registration Minimum2 years
as a Nurse Manager/ Nurse Clinician Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills Proficient in clinical systems and documentationApply now!
