Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

:
- Conducting physical assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.- Assessing home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.- Evaluating results and progress of therapy on clients.- Assume leadership in projects related to clinical initiatives.- Spearhead the establishment of evidence-based practices, including the development of guidelines, procedures, and the implementation of appropriate equipment.- Integrate guidelines, programs, work safety measures, and best practices for comprehensive healthcare delivery.- Supervise and manage manpower allocation to maintain exemplary rehabilitation standards.- Develop and maintain staff training programs.- Maintain effective service in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate image including Company\xe2\x80\x99s Grooming Standard, Standard Operation Procedures, Departmental Policies, and Corporate Policies.- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapist- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council- More than 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community setting- Experience in project management- Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings- Strong management, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Demonstrate and articulate sound clinical knowledge and reasoning, critical thinking, judgment and decision making in the provision of care. - Passionate about building a healthcare career, inspired to move ahead with challenges, possess a \'can-do\' attitude, able to thrive in fast paced environment

Compensation:
- Working location: Redhill area- Working hours: 44 hours/week (Office hours)- Working days: Monday - Friday (Saturday when necessary)- Insurance & Medical coverage- Variable Bonus- Annual leave & Medical leave
