JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- You will be responsible in assisting the Rehabilitation Department in administration, clinical supervision, research supervision, professional education and training as and when required.
- You will work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patients with a seamless delivery of care.
- You will provide occupational therapy services to patients for their optimal recovery and you will also be part of educating their caregivers about patients condition and care.

Clinical Duties
\xc2\xb7 Conduct client assessment and therapy planning for patients in community hospital setting
\xc2\xb7 Provide client education
\xc2\xb7 Perform clinical administration and operations
\xc2\xb7 Perform therapy interventions
\xc2\xb7 Formulate discharge plans for client

Administrative Dutiest
\xc2\xb7 Manage risk and quality
\xc2\xb7 Provide supervision and team development
\xc2\xb7 Carry out audits for the team
\xc2\xb7 Review clinical guidelines

Education and Training
\xc2\xb7 Participate in continuing education and research activities

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

- Recognised Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy
\xc2\xb7 Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
\xc2\xb7 Relevant years of experience as Occupational Therapist with 1 year of supervisory experience
\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Experience in project management skills preferred
\xc2\xb7 Able to work well in a team and also independently
\xc2\xb7 Competent in using Microsoft Office software
