About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform review of compliance with the banking operations policies in the area of retails, corporate and commercial banking, treasury and capital markets.
• Employ the use of data analytics in his/her review to identify risks.
• To support Data Analytics use case testing and validations, to augment traditional control testing approach.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) and other teams in integrated assurance reviews and actively contribute to the delivery of team plans in support of the functional and business strategies under limited supervision

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in banks, audit, operations or risk management (highly preferred). Fresh graduates with accounting degree may apply.
• Experience in usage of data analytics for audit or assurance work will be a strong plus.
• Able to learn fast, multitask and cope with changes in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a strong analytical and problem solving skills; think objectively and 'think outside the box' when analyzing issues.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) to deliver timely assurance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Qliksense (preferably).
