Job Description

Responsibilities

• Fulfil orders from Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 and Urbanfox.store according to channel service level agreement
• Overseeing and coordinating the fulfilment process and shipments
• Update shipping status on the channels
• Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to warehouse
• Ensure that purchase orders are sent to suppliers
• Co-ordinate with suppliers to prepare goods to be delivered to customers
• Work with customer service to address customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot issues relating to order shipments, ecommerce purchase, order fulfilment etc
• Manage returns and exchanges

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Comfortable with using technology, like ecommerce, warehouse management system, transport management system
• Experience in managing marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 will be an added advantage
• Attention to details
• Customer oriented
