Job Description

:
Work closely with key stakeholders and A*STAR HQ Corporate Communications team to provide communications support through the creation and editing of written and digital marketing content with tailored messages for different marketing channels and target audiences
Develop and execute a clear vision, strategies and content for traditional media, online website and respective social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to drive channel growth and engagement with partners, public and followers
Manage institutional website and social media accounts, including the scheduling and posting of content
Track and analyse the performance of online and offline marketing activities in line with overall marketing plan, audience engagement and evolve strategies to nurture brand ambassadors on social media
Plan and manage timely release and maintenance of marketing content, advertising and social campaigns that will achieve brand and business objectives
Identify key trends and activities in social media that can translate into application opportunities for the organisation
Be the voice of the brand on social to ensure tonality consistency across A*STAR
Maintain connection with interns and students (via social media, etc.) and promote awareness and ongoing activities at in the Institute
Assist with other ad-hoc outreach and administrative duties
Nurture marketing leads and third party advocates to generate business by creating relevant customer journey on website and social media platforms
Requirement:
At least Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing or Science
Good understanding of science with astrong interest and experience in science communication
Minimum 3 years or more experience in social media strategy, community management, CRM and/or CMS tools will be an advantage
Creative and detail-oriented, with a good track record on managing digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)
Proficient content writer for traditional and online media for multiple audiences
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and successfully meet guidelines
A keen ability to fostering strong partnership with stakeholders
Self-motivated, resourceful and a good team player
Able to train others in a clear and effective manner
