About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
Drive key projects in Card Operations, together with business users and technology team, to increase efficiency, improve productivity and enhance customer journey.
Execute standardization, risk and control agenda in Cards product-processes, including self-assessments, internal reviews and audit reviews, and ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and regulations.
Review and recommend process improvement for productivity effectiveness and efficiency, which includes performing problem analysis on processes and provide recommendation for change and mitigation of risks.
Develop training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures.
Manage the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises in Card Operations as part of the Business Continuity Management.
Job Requirements
Degree Holder
Preferably 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in operations / process re-engineering function. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think objectively and \'think outside the box\' when analyzing issues
Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindset
Strong command of English with excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Able to liaise with various functions and stakeholders
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
Team player, self-motivated and resourceful
