[What the role is]
As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas. [What you will be working on] As a People Engagement Officer, you will develop and execute the full suite of employee communication, engagement and well-being programmes to enhance employee experience. You will also need to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and initiatives that drive employee engagement and well-being, and collaborate with stakeholders within the organisation to resolve challenges.
[What we are looking for]
- Experience in formulating and organising engagement and well-being events for staff
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset and able to work well in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Public Sector procurement policies/processes
