Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, Service Delivery - Global Banking and Markets.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Fund Managers and be their point of contact in handling to queries and requests
  • Perform Daily, Periodic and Adhoc Processing and related Transfer Agency ancillary activities
  • Ensure reporting to fund managers and distributors are completed timely as per defined Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure that trade settlements are completed accurately according to dealing cycle including processing corporate action such as dividend distribution or other changes in fund structure.
  • Ensure tight control on cash and units reconciliations and undertake timely investigation, escalation and resolution
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of Monthly KPI and incident reporting
  • Ensuring timely update of the Fund Manager's Standard Operating Procedures
  • Review of Fund Manager's Operating Memorandum and Prospectus against Fund Set-up templates and other related set up and creation
  • Service oriented and client focused, proactive and responsive approach to responsibilities
  • Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit observations
  • Undertake and lead projects as assigned from time to time including User Acceptance Test
Requirements
  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience with knowledge in Transfer Agency, fund services or related areas preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act independently combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines
  • Operational knowledge of banking products especially unit trusts
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Team Player and have the ability to motivate others
