Job Description

The Strategy Planning & Analysis (SP&A) function within Casino Operations is a highly focused team that conceptualizes, plans, and executes key initiatives focused on Product Development, Process Improvement, System Development, Renovations, Analytics, and Strategic projects.

The team reports into both the SVP for Casino Operations and into the SVP of Strategic Planning, Analysis and Development. The Senior Officer in this team will be part of this small, agile, fast-paced, and high-impact group focusing on financial analysis for Casino Ops as well as Casino Development Projects.

Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with Strategic Planning Team to plan and prepare casino layouts for submission and actualization.
• Creative exploration of different possible layout scenarios across casino floors.
• Assist in onsite verification of submitted projects to ensure measurements are equivalent.
• Ensure gaming count and area across the floor is in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Casino Ops team and Procurement team for purchases of gaming furniture required for submitted projects.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification

• Diploma/bachelor\'s degree majoring in architecture, mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Prior working experience in architecture, engineering, or construction environment or similar.
• Knowledge of casino or hospitality industries is a strong plus.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and executing process improvement projects is a plus.

Competencies

• Must be well versed in AutoCAD.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with team members in a professional, respectful manner.
• Must be self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results.
