In line with continued growth aspiration both here as well as the region, they are currently recruiting for a Head, Strategic Planning & Development (University Residence) to join their dynamic team.
The Role
Reporting to Executive Director you will lead a team in managing the strategic planning and development of the organisation\'s on-campus residence and facility portfolio, to ensure its sustainable development and future-proofing its continuous development. This includes 0perational transformation to build a high-performance team, service excellence and digital transformation.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a Bachelor\'s Degree graduate and comes with more than 15 years of work experience in strategic planning and implementation and asset management ideally in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service industries. You have strong project management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and allocate resources effectively.
