What the role is
You will work with the HR team to ensure the smooth day to day HR operations where you handle the full spectrum of HR Generalist duties.
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Support recruitment activities, such as coordination of selection process and onboarding/outboarding and training operations
• Maintain employee records in Workday HR system
• Manage the internship programme by being the main liaison officer to partner with the schools to bring in students to embark on a learning journey with NHB
• Manage the intranet in terms of access rights, and work with HROD’s teammates in updating the content
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and processes
• Address business units’ basic HR queries
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Preferably 2-3 years of HR work experience in the public sector
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and be ability to multitask
• Able to perform basic data analytics and skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding and familiarity with Workday HR Information System would be an advantage
