PRINCIPAL / SENIOR MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE
What you will be working on
We seek professionals who want to help us make progress on Singapore’s EV masterplan and realise our ambition of 100% cleaner vehicles by 2040. You will partner the Head of Corporate Services and other stakeholders in strategizing, implementing and executing the following core duties and responsibilities to achieve the vision:
• Full spectrum of compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration, performance management and rewards management functions;
• Full spectrum of human resource management and development functions including human resource planning & budgeting, branding & acquisition, recruitment, selection, retention & retirement management, employee relations & engagement, and learning & development management;
• General HR services including administration of travel services for employees, processing of travel claims, organizing of corporate events, maintaining and management of statistics/surveys/statutory returns, and benchmarking of key HR indicators;
• Defining, updating and reviewing of policies, procedures and frameworks to align with international best practices, sustainable practices and good governance;
• Exploring, implementing and maintaining appropriate IT systems and initiatives to enhance the processes of HR administration and service delivery; and
• Any other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
Requirements:
• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 12 years of HR experience, preferably in the engineering services, infrastructure development or related industries
• Good writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Candidates with more relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions
