Job Description
[What the role is]
The Senior Officer/Head from Student Development & Recognition Department works with the 3 ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions to support the overall student development and recognition of our students, and reports to a Department Manager. [What you will be working on]
- Administer the various scholarship, mentoring and award schemes at ITE Headquarters and College levels
- Administer Overseas Exposure Programme (OEP), in areas such as formulating & reviewing OEP policies, tracking & reporting of OEP funds utilisation and preparation of donor reports on funds utilisation
- Administer Bursary Schemes
- Monitoring and Utilisation of ITE Endowment Funds and Donors Reporting;
- Process and manage IPPT awards & data
- Design, automate processes and support the digitalisation needs of the Dept and Division
- Tabulate, analyse and manage statistical data and submissions to other governmental agencies
- Coordinate and plan for annual Student Achievers\xe2\x80\x99 Award Ceremony
- Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good IT knowledge
- Good organisational skills
- Flair for administrative & finance-related work
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment and welcome challenges
