Senior Operation Executive (commercial Building)

Job Description
We are currently working with a Global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company to help bring in a Senior Operation Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties.
- Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works.
- Attend to tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship.
- Facilitate in the process of handing / taking over of premises from tenants.
- Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in building operations management.
- Possess knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
