Supervise a team of drivers and delivery assistants to ensure smooth manpower deployment, loading process and efficient deliveries.
Manage deliveries documents coordinating with other departments.
Ensure goods are delivered with no compromise on products\' quantity and according to delivery timing.
Design the transport processed and implement any process improvement initiatives.
Resolve operationsl issues as well as attending to customers\' queries.
Ensure trucks are inspected by all driver according to the pre-trip checklists before commencing delivery.
