• Singapore Based (Tanjong Pagar)
• 5 Days work per week (9am to 5.30pm)
• Minimum Degree in a relevant field. + Proficiency in utilizing digital tools (e.g., Power BI).

Job ResponsibilitiesMarine Operations Responsibilities: * Lead the Marine Ops Team (MARSIN) to achieve berthing excellence for company\'s services and vessels.

• Coordinate with HKG MOC on berthing priority for incoming vessels.
• Handle exceptions and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Engage in discussions with strategic vendors (e.g., PSA Terminals).
• Evaluate marine ops vendors\' performance.
• Continuously review Ops cost and address unfavorable trends.

EQM Operations Responsibilities: * Lead Equipment Ops Team (EQMSIN) in managing depot and EQM inventory.

• Ensure sufficient EQM to support business.
• Manage depot and equipment operations effectively.
• Coordinate with EMC to meet EQM ops KPI targets.
• Evaluate depot vendors\' performance.
• Review EQM stock allocation based on depot performance.
