Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal transportation service according to the client's request
• Benchmark and find most cost-effective solution for the client within a specific deadline.
• Provide client with quotations and time required for each operational case
• Follow up with clients regarding orders for vessels with active operation
• Instruct all parties involved and closely monitor process until operation is completed
• Check all possible solutions prior to advising a problem to a client
• Once operation is completed, prepare a final costs advice for the client
• Maintain operational system updated
• Enter all costs in our system for final invoicing
• Assist with training of new employee when required
• Prepares the client reports timely on a monthly basis
• Assist/guide junior staff
• Lead a small team operators
• Accompany Account Manager to client visits or sales called when required.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• 4+ years' experience in the Marine logistics industry.
• Computer literacy-Outlook, or a good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability and attitude
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be a team player
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and business partners.
