Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facilities and maintenance operations.
- Ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance by contractors/vendors.
- Assist in project management for new constructions from design to post-construction.
- Participate in design workshops and coordinate user testing, training, and support.
- Use computer-aided management software for maintenance.
- Supervise major renovations and capital replacement projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and address safety issues and costs.
- Manage and track outsource vendors\' and contractors\' performance.
- Supervise and train staff, and plan their schedules.
- Participate in fire safety management, training, and maintain CERT teams.
- Respond to emergencies, even off-duty.
- Knowledge of F&B supervision, licensing requirements, and maintaining cleanliness is a plus.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, M&E, or a similar discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience; experience in the healthcare industry or managing maintenance services is an advantage
