Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facilities and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance by contractors/vendors.
  • Assist in project management for new constructions from design to post-construction.
  • Participate in design workshops and coordinate user testing, training, and support.
  • Use computer-aided management software for maintenance.
  • Supervise major renovations and capital replacement projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and address safety issues and costs.
  • Manage and track outsource vendors\' and contractors\' performance.
  • Supervise and train staff, and plan their schedules.
  • Participate in fire safety management, training, and maintain CERT teams.
  • Respond to emergencies, even off-duty.
  • Knowledge of F&B supervision, licensing requirements, and maintaining cleanliness is a plus.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, M&E, or a similar discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience; experience in the healthcare industry or managing maintenance services is an advantage
