The resort creates a serene island escape to unwind, to enjoy blissful spa pampering and to indulge the palate with exquisite cuisine.We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) to join our team!As a Senior Operations Manager (Food & Beverage), we rely on you to:

• Support the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to improve the profitability of every outlet and banquet
• Managing the Outlet and Banquet Operations
• Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of service
• Take responsibility for the branding, revenue and profitability of Food & Beverage Department
• Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Must have experience working in either Banquet, Restaurant or a hotel environment
• Leads by example
• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
• Thinks out of the box
• Willing to work shifts
