Senior Operations Manager/ Operations Director (marketing Agency/banking/ Fintech Industry)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor operating systems, on-boarding procedures & approved operating guidelines
- Liaise and collaborate with the other Managers and Heads of Departments to oversee company APAC region operations and business performance
- Assist company to monitor clients position and perform risk control regarding to MAS regulated activities
- Work closely with the Sales/ BD team to expand and build client relationships
- Improve and lead the performance management process and performance
- Lead new development or improvement projects as assigned
- Constant review and provide analysis on operations data and performance for the preparation of monthly management reports with recommendations
- Develop strategic and operational plan to support the Groups objectives
- Consolidate and evaluate the annual operations budget for the APAC Region
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration/ Banking & Finance or equivalent
- Around 10 - 15 years of working experience preferably from marketing agency/ banking/ fintech industry
- Prior regional working experience will be ideal
