Job Details:

• Location: Tengah Air Base & Paya Lebar Air Base
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm
• Salary: Basic up to $8000 + AWS & VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including fuel inventory, manpower, and vehicle management to fulfill operational tasks
• Conduct regular customer engagement sessions on safety, quality, and service-related matters.
• Develop and review training programs to ensure staff meet job requirements, establish a robust safety culture through routine inspections, and initiate corrective actions for any identified safety or fire hazards in the depot facility.
• Monitor daily operations, stock control, and loss/gain, investigate operational issues, and report findings to the Assistant General Manager (AGM).
• Participate in safety and operational training, audits, toolbox meetings, and job risk hazard analyses to ensure smooth and secure depot facility operations.
• Update and provide proper training on work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials for operational staff.
• Maintain oversight of facility and equipment serviceability, initiating necessary in-house or external services, and prepare, review, and control departmental budgets.
• Evaluate tenders based on operational requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the aviation industry or RSAF will be advantageous
• Leadership experience during National Service or ex regulars in RSAF are welcome to apply
