Job Description
Your Role
- Leading a team of 5 by mentoring, coaching and empowering
- Responsible for appraisal and feedback talks and nurturing a good collaboration between team members locally, regionally, and globally
- Handling of logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea or others
- Implementing efficient work processes
- Quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, operating and executing shipments from door to door
- Assessing the performance of suppliers/subcontractors
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company
- Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues based on the defined health & safety targets
- Focusing on continuously reducing Blue Water\'s environmental impact
- Input as appropriate to E&P Documentation including
- Regular reporting to head of department
Your Background
- Diploma or First Degree
- 5+ years international logistics experience
- Experience in leading a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
- Good skills in IT \xe2\x80\x93 Office365
