Conduct work performance appraisals for the production team with supervisors. Attend site recce, meetings, and presentations on major projects Liaise with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors, project planning, costing and lead time. Creating vendor listing for project procurement. Review of operational system and improvement plan Work on costing, budgeting, procurement, production, and project planning Create and manages system and processes within the daily operations
