Responsible for full spectrum of the payroll function, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness.
Submission of quarterly MOM surveys.
Submission of Government Paid Leave claims
Processing medical/dental claims from employees and Submission of monthly CPF and refunds
Timely filing of IR21 clearance (for foreign resignees) and annual IR8A submission to IRAS and generate e-IR8A report to all employees
Update and maintain staff records and ensure the most updated database from time to time
Engage and provide sound advice to employees on all payroll-related matters which include payroll-related issues.
Support and implement improvements to system enhancement and payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree equivalent in Human Resources Management related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge: Good understanding of Employment Act and Manpower Laws is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
