Full scope of shared services payroll processing for employees from different entities.
Process monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims.
Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
Accurate submission of statutory monthly and/or yearly periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims / ad-hoc IR21 etc.
Manage the Time Management System (TMS).
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in HR related
Knowledge in Singapore regulatory laws related to payroll
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in payroll processing in a company with headcount of more than 1000
Excellent communication Skills
Good interpersonal skills
