Job Description

Overview:

• Identify clinical practice gaps (e.g. changes in international practice guidelines or significant developments in new drug classes) that are relevant and of national priority
• Address gaps through the development of national guidance on appropriate care;
• Design and deliver interventions that promote adoption of appropriate care.
• Conducting literature reviews and evidence synthesis;
• Developing formative research findings to inform the development of organization\'s and team\'s outputs and programs
• Supporting the evaluation of the impact of implementation where relevant.
  

Design & Develop Appropriate care guidelines

• Identify and synthesize information from a range of sources
• Evaluate the validity and relevance of information or international guidelines which may be complex and/or conflicting from a variety of sources
• Identify clinical concerns/issues about guideline recommendations, intervention(s) and potential barriers preventing their optimal use
• Identify appropriate analytical approaches and conduct data analysis (quantitative or qualitative) as part of formative evaluation or to address the clinical question related to content development work
  

To excel in this role

• At least 5-8 years of experience in evidence-based methodologies, epidemiology or healthcare econometrics
• Degree in relevant discipline; Pharmacy, Economics, Medicine, Medical Sciences
• Post graduate qualifications in health economics, public health, biostatistics or epidemiology
• Experience in Project Management
• Commitment to excellence in quality of research and outputs
