Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Physiotherapist to lead our private musculoskeletal clinic. The ideal candidate will provide advanced clinical care, oversee team operations, and drive strategic development to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Lead, mentor, and supervise physiotherapists and support staff to ensure high standards of care. Develop and implement clinical protocols, policies, and best practices aligned with evidence-based medicine. Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and patients. Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Stay current with advancements in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through ongoing education and research. Contribute to business development, marketing strategies, and community outreach to grow the clinic.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy. AHPC Full Registration Minimum of 6 years experience in physiotherapy with at least 3 years of relevant musculoskeletal practice. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: $5,200.00 - $7,400.00 per month
