Job Scope
Basic engineering
v' Piping design basis furnishing piping design concepts, stress analysis
criteria, supporting concepts etc.,
v' Review of P&ID
v' Design calculation for Pipe sizing, Wall Thickness , Pressure drop etc.,
v' Preparation of preliminary Equipment/Piping layout
v' Material take off and valve/specialities list
v' Stress analysis and support engineering study
v' Material Specification for piping systems
Detail Engineering
v' Planning and Development of equipment layout in 2D and 3D (E3D)
v' Planning and Development of piping plant layout in 2D and 3D (E3D)
v' Preparation of technical specifications for Pipes ,valves and fittings
v' Technical evaluation of the offers submitted by the vendors
v' Material take off for pipes, valves and Fittings
v' Selection and detailing of supports
v' Checking of Isometric drawing
v' Exposure to ASME, API, BS,DIN standards
Education/Experience
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with working experience of 8 or more years in chemical and petrochemical plant design.
