We are looking for a dynamic Senior Planner to join our growing Leo Burnett team. You will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest growing region in the world. You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change.
Expectations of a Senior Planner:
Researching and gathering date to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients
Examining clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives
Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns
Generating original ideas with other members of the team
Presenting findings to senior staff members and clients
Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them
Helping shape research, analysing research results, supporting workshops and carrying out research interviews
Liaising with senior members of staff to receive feedback and create improvements to strategies
Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe
Guide and mentor junior planners within the team
Qualifications
Preferred 5-8 years account experience in a highly creative advertising agency preferred
The ability to make complex subjects understandable
Be creative and able to think around problems
Have a good memory for facts and figures
Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
After hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions required
They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
