Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning.
• Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP)
• Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works
• Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts
• Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry
• Liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon
• Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Architectural or Construction Management or related.
