The Planner will support T&T project team with the key responsibilities detailed below:

  • Maintain schedule quality and integrity for all site projects across the portfolio, ensure schedule best practice has been followed when updating schedules
  • Liaise with all project managers to update and reflect progress onsite across all Data Centers project.
  • Follow up on annual plan schedule on a bi-weekly basis to ensure projects planned for the next quarter is still on track
  • Maintain and update risk logs based on internal meetings update
  • Conduct training with the project managers to ensure that new scheduling practices that are implemented will be followed
  • Ensure contractor\'s schedule is following the best practice and incorporating contractor\'s update into client\'s schedule
  • Liaise with global leads to roll out new schedule requirements on client\'s level
Reporting
  • The Planner will support the team with the key responsibilities detailed below:
  • Responsible for monthly report input on schedule related items and work with project managers to ensure updates have been done before review with regional program manager (RMPM) and data centre manager
  • Update monthly dashboard to reflect monthly lookaheads, projects metrics, major milestones
  • Ensure monthly major milestones has been updated for schedule compliance checks Gate keeper for all baselines updates on client\'s portal and primavera for publishing
  • Work closely with cost lead monthly to review schedule milestones and to ensure cost variance is being monitored and kept to -10% based on annual budget planning
Continuous improvement
  • The Planner will support the client\'s regional program manager with the following:
  • Provide timely updates and flag potential risks to RMPM on high priority projects
  • Working closely with RMPM and cost lead to optimise internal processes (procurement, approval processes etc).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Planner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including professional etiquette.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and find practical solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
  • Able to multitask working on multiple projects across the region.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is a must.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
