RESPONSIBILITIES Direct Responsibilities * Facilitate the migration of DWH application / interfaces from AIX to LINUX (continuation project) * Facilitate the migration from ORACLE 12c to ORACLE RESPONSIBILITIES Direct Responsibilities Facilitate the migration of DWH application / interfaces from AIX to LINUX (continuation project) Facilitate the migration from ORACLE 12c to ORACLE 19c of all DWH application / interfaces This may require development adaptation to the new ORACLE 19C Collaborate with the BI4 Developer in the integration of the reporting tool to the new ORACLE 19c database If applicable (if assigned in BAU TOPIC) to modify existing PLSQL codes / develop new PLSQL codes (procedures/functions) to adapt to the changes required. Facilitate and support the testing required (Unitary/Integration/UAT) Ensure development standards/process/project governance are adhered to. Provide effort estimation (e.g. development, unitary testing, etc). when required. Aassist the organization in attaining the level of quality as determined by the IT Management. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 7 years relevant experience in PLSQL program development with exposure to LINUX environment. Proficient in project development life cycle. Proficient in Unix Scripting Proficient in performance tuning of PLSQL scripts and trouble shooting. Communication skills: + Good oral & written skills + Report promptly (oral and written). A good team player with problem-solving attitude. Analytical and precise: Capacity to challenge the solution to propose a more efficient one.
