Within the Wealth Management IT Hub Compliance Division, the Project Manager (PM) will lead the project management and Business Analyst (BA) activities related to his/her area of expertise, covering the scope of Wealth Management \xe2\x80\x93 Compliance activity in Europe and in Asia. This includes but not limited to coordination with SUN Paris Team and other WMIS Technical & Functional Teams both in Singapore and Chennai. Delivering functional specifications as a Business Analyst (BA) for new business requirements.

This is a very important position, as the candidate will be the key contact and handle Project Management and Business Analyst (BA) activities for Name Screening, Compliance Reporting & other transversal topics.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Governance

• A strong understanding of Program management and end to end to Project management processes.
• A proven track record of collaborating and delivering in matrix organization by driving consensus and constructively challenging environment.
• Good knowledge of Project task management, time management, cost and budget management, risk management.
• Experience in project governance and project milestones deliverables.
• Organized and experience in prioritizing the project tasks.
• Experience in Change management activities.
• Able to independently manage complex projects and project team.
• Produce weekly RAG reporting.
• An excellent communicator with good Steering committee presentation skills; capacity to interact with C-Level.
• Passionate and ensure project is completed on time, on budget, with quality and meet the requirements as per the specifications.
• Ensure all project risks are managed to meet resolution deadlines.
• Highlights any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
• Takes accountability in project issues, discuss with concerned team members, and manage the issues.
• To motivate, engage and develop each member of the project team.
• Capacity to negotiate.
• Manage all the decision making and analysis process allowing designing, validating the solution, and getting the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security.
• Manage escalations during day-to-day business from stakeholders and propose amicable solutions.
• Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap.

Business Analyst

• Experience in IT departments to work, as a BA in banking will be added advantage.
• Good to have experience in organizing and managing BA related activities, run dedicated meetings or committees.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Self-starter with positive mind set to work in any challenging situations.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Focused approach on objectives and can-do-attitude.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
• Familiar with release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools etc.)
• Possess ability to manage various interested parties such as stakeholder, subject matter expert, third party vendor, contractor and business user.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subject matter experts and technical teams.
• Experiences in project with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical Knowledge in SQL will be added advantage.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Experience in Banking domain.
• Familiar with Wealth Management business will be added advantage.

Key points

• IT BA experience in Name screening against International Sanction Lists and Embargo Lists.
• IT Project management skills, e.g. project governance, request backlog follow-up, Plan and drive committee meetings with sponsor, coordination with multiple contributors from Production teams to sponsors
