Job Description

As the application custodian of SingHealth Cluster Tableau Server, you will work closely with both the IHiS team and institution Tableau leads to drive the growth of data literacy and self-service analytics across the cluster.

You will be responsible for engaging the institution data leads and end-users to conduct end-user workshops, in-house trainings, and clinic sessions on topics across the data analytics field such as data visualisation, data science and data management. You will drive the adoption of cluster data platforms jointly with the institution data leads and cultivate a seamless working analytics community.

You will be expected to play the role as Cloud Solution Architect to design and implement data and analytics solutions that drive business value. You will ensure the long-term technical viability and optimisation of solutions.

Job Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Information System, System Engineering and other relevant quantitative disciplines.
• Preferably 7-10 years of working experience as a Cloud Solution Architect, Technical Trainer, Business Analyst and/or Data Engineer.
• Prior experience in healthcare/ consulting and client-facing experience in the context of data analytics is an advantage.
• Working experience in data lake related technologies, building, and optimizing big data pipelines, building processes supporting data transformation and data analytics.
• Proficient with Databricks, PySpark, Spark-SQL, Kafka, Informatica, Tableau, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Kubernetes and/or Docker.
• Prior experience in agile ways of working and comfortable to conduct Design Thinking workshops.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, presentation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative computational ability
• Desire to grow and help others grow in technical competencies
• Meticulous, able to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Passionate in contributing to public healthcare
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
