Roles & Responsibilities The Senior Principal Analyst will work closely with our Corporate Vice President, Asia to develop our short term and long-term vision in Asia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business or operations management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the CVP to drive regional strategic objectives and departmental strategy, ensuring all departments are aligned to vision, strategy and operate as an efficient team to achieve our goals.
• Liaise with headquarter and key stake holders to support flow of communications, decisions to deliver for our customers and ADI.
• Exhibits deep understanding of ADI’s technology and go-to-markets strategy and is therefore adept at simplifying complexity
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
• Lead operating cadence, meetings, agenda’s for CVP
• Build and maximize trusting relationships with SLT members, seeking to understand and align leadership priorities.
• Drive and foster a culture through internal cross-group initiatives and driving new culture plans.
• Effective at balancing both strategy and execution - can think strategically, and can also roll up their sleeves to get things done.
• In partnership with HR, Finance and Corp Comms: Drive and support internal communications including key communication deliverables, work to identify skill gaps and help to manage operating cadence.

What You Bring To The Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering; able to balance technical and business acumen or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge about semiconductor industry and technology
• 10+ years in a technical or business management role
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Strong project coordination & reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
• Comfortable working with senior executives and impeccable in senior stakeholder relationship management;
• Agile, flexible, and the ability to execute on both short and long-term initiatives.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, unstructured, and ambiguous environment.
• Demonstrates significant attention to detail and is an exceptional project manager
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork
