We are dedicated to understanding our users\' needs and designing with purpose, ensuring that every experience, from hailing a ride to ordering a meal, is not just functional but delightful.Get to Know the Role:As a Senior Principal Product Designer at Grab, you will partner with senior leaders to lead hero initiatives with transformative impact on the business. You will also help redefine design vision, practice, and quality across the company. You will report directly to the Group Head of Design.If you have a user-centric approach and excel in collaborative environments, the Grab Design team is the place for you. We\'re looking for exceptional designers excited by the opportunity to impact how millions of people across Southeast Asia interact with Grab. This role is based in Singapore and is a hybrid roleThe Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

• You will lead and influence at senior levels in the organization, co-creating strategy by defining what problems we work on and aligning senior partners on approaches that achieve the best return on investment.
• You will use constructive, data-driven arguments to influence senior leadership and achieve sustained improvement and efficiency through collaboration.
• You will use an understanding of user behavior, market trends, and technology advancements to identify and pursue opportunities for the business.
• You will lead others in designing flows and interactions for novel, complicated experiences, creating compelling, distinctive visual systems and languages.
• You will use advanced prototyping tools and methods to create highly detailed prototypes.
• You will mentor senior designers in the craft and processes of design, developing training and mentorship tools to improve the design practice.

QualificationsWhat Skills You Will Need:

• Over 9 years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating design process, solutions, and their impact.
• Extensive experience working on cross-functional product teams.
• Exceptional fundamentals in interaction and visual design, with proficiency in Figma, Protopie, After Effects, or other design tooling.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others in Product Design.
• Excellent knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards and development.
• Proficiency in Service Design, User Research, Front-end Development, Project Management, Accessible Design, or Design Systems is advantageous.
• Provide a portfolio of your recent design work in English, showcasing your contribution and the impact of your projects. We recommend you provide clear context, outline your end-to-end workflow, and demonstrate how you go from problem discovery to launch.
