This role is required to managed and support 1-Net\'s IT Services business, including Cloud Services, Managed Services, DC services, and Business Continuity Management Services.

Responsibilities

• Explore new service offerings, emerging latest technology and solution related to web applications/platform that supports Data Center Service business.
• Maintain and support current Data Center operational applications. Ensure the committed SLA are maintained and expected level of customer satisfaction is achieved
• Actively initiate process improvement, conduct R&D works, and look into the latest key technology trends, development and adoption in web technology to expand/enhance the platform to support DC business
• Support internal and external users in various dependencies relating to new change requests and existing technical and user issues
• Monitor, troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Work with cross-functional teams for the features requirement to ensure the implementation meets business requirements and goals
• Ensure project requirements are well-planned, effectively managed and delivered on time with high deliverable standards
• Responsible for planning and deployment for new and existing systems for internal and external
• Build and customize automated reports to support business requirement
• Integrating standard-based protocols and 3rd party components with existing platform
• Responsible for development, customization, maintenance and support of web applications, dashboard and prototype tools
• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Maintain high standard of code quality and coverage. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer or other IT related field of study
• At least 3 years relevant experience in web application development using C#, .NET / ASP.NET, web services, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, XML and JSON.
• Experience in databases (MSSQL, SQL, MySQL or MongoDB) management and integration
• Experience in integrating web-based systems using RESTful/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of web application security hardening
• Experience and knowledge of Cloud Services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
• Experience working on Linux based infrastructure such as RHEL, CentOS or Ubuntu
• Experience and knowledge of various open source dashboard applications/tools such as Garfana, Kibana, Mozaik, etc
• Possess a strong sense of urgency
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Working location : 1-Net (East) at Chai Chee / 1-Net (North) Woodlands
