s: . Perform Supplier Component Review, Component Maturity Evaluation as part of sourcing . Align with Purchasing and key stakeholders from sourcing team on the sourcing plan . Lead s: . Perform Supplier Component Review, Component Maturity Evaluation as part of sourcing . Align with Purchasing and key stakeholders from sourcing team on the sourcing plan . Lead supplier APQP from start of development to PSW release . Prepare, plan and execute R@R . Lead and drive improvement in supplier during APQP . Ensure that the introduction of the components meets project's time plan and Product Life Cycle (PLC) requirements. . Manage escalations to management of supplier in APQP in above-mentioned category. . Track and evaluate Feasibility Commitment in Supplier Component Review or as part of Change Management from ECR (Engineering Change Request) . Lead, evaluate and execute ECR / PCN . Support ESI (Early Supplier Involvement) as required Job Requirements: . Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related. . Several years of experience in Automotive. . Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for principal position. . Understanding and Knowledge of quality tools and standards such as APQP/PPAP, FMEA, 8D Methodology, Ishikawa/5 Why, VDA 6.3, VDA16 and IATF16949. . Problem-Solving skills. . Preferably, knowledge in plastic molding and its sub-processes e.g. painting, chroming, welding and assembly. . Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and project team. . Systematic thinking and open-minded. . High level of Ownership. . Self-driven and with eagerness to learn. . Able to work independently and travel frequently. . Willing and capable to work with different cultures. . Good Business-English skills (written/spoken).
