Job Description
To establish research leadership in the social sciences, particularly in relation to child and family subjective and social well-being
To integrate research streams between social, environmental and biological bases of health in Singapore demographic groups
To design holistic recommendations and interventions through evidence-based approaches, for further interactions with A*STAR and ecosystem research units, as well as with public sector ops agencies
Job Requirements
- Has held significant research/academic leadership roles for at least 10 years
- Demonstrated advanced credentials and scholarship in the social sciences and humanities, with an understanding of its links to human health and well-being
- Ability to generate and maintain an independent stream of research funding;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary & diverse teams
- Demonstrated effective and positive partnerships with research and policy ecosystem, an effective communicator
